The Role:
The Recruitment Officer reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for providing available resources to Wisely operational departments by carrying out recruitment and selection processes to best match candidates to the business requirements.
About you:
- Ideally 3 years experience within a HR/Recruitment role with the mining industry
- Understanding of recruitment processes – Advertising and screening of candidates
- High level professional approach and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise based on business needs
- The ability to work under pressure
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
