You will be assigned to respond to and develop financial and personnel management functions and help achieve the company's business goals. You act as a new member of the organization's management team. You will succeed in the task if you are open and positive by nature and have the ability to discuss the company's strategy as part of the management team. Your working style is fast and efficient, and you can work according to strict schedules. As a finance professional, you also want to develop functions related to financial management and you have a "hands-on" attitude to work.
You have evidence of managing financial administration successfully in an SME, as well as evidence of good HR management and administration.
We expect:
- suitable education in economics (AMK or higher university degree)
- experience with accounting practices
- financial management skills, preferably more than 5 years
- comprehensive knowledge of managing the financial administration of an SME
- experience in a corporate environment is considered a strong advantage
- experience in managerial duties and managing HR functions
- strong interest in developing various financial management solutions
- Knowledge of ICT, ERP, CRM and electronic accounting system/systems
- experience with the group's monthly reporting
- in-depth knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- management of external accounting – accounting, income statement, balance sheet, taxation
- internal accounting management – budgets, forecasts/calculations, revenues/costs/product/person, pricing, profitability
- strategic and strong operational ability to perform daily tasks and at the same time develop the company's business in the long term
