RESPONSIBILITIES
Craft and execute compelling demand generation strategies across a variety of channels, sparking interest and generating high-quality leads to our sales team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design targeted messaging and engaging content that resonates with buyers throughout their journey.
Take charge of marketing automation and lead nurturing, refining our approach for maximum conversion rates.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using KPI tracking tools to optimize for success.
Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices in demand generation, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Skillfully manage the demand generation budget to achieve the best possible ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a track record of pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, ABM platforms).
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
