We are looking for an Amazon Virtual Specialist who will be working closely with our client's key vendors, they promote brands and products, help brands reach new customers, and boost sales. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Amazon store/listings
- Improve the organic ranking of Amazon listings
- Monitor performance and open cases with Amazon support to escalate any issues
- Create and distribute daily reports on sales performance
- Basic CX issues - client to provide templates/scripts or other SOPs
The Requirements:
Candidates must possess the following:
- 2+ years of experience managing sales on Amazon (i.e. Seller Central)
- Intermediate experience with Excel & Google Sheets is a must-have
- 1+ years experience w/ Amazon SEO & PPC
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work in Pacific Time Zone
It would be nice if the candidate also has the following:
- Basic design experience in Adobe, Figma or Canva
- Experience with email marketing
Grow Into:
- Build insightful reports on Amazon's performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work with team members to optimize other marketing channels using insights from Amazon's performance
- Competitive intelligence: benchmarking of e-commerce best practices according to product categories
- Provide insights by pulling/organizing large amounts of data and identify trends, anomalies, and other notable indicators, etc. - using Matrixify or similar
